Our Pastor – Kenneth Norrington

About our Pastor:  Kenneth Norrington is a native of Newton County.  He is a 1974 graduate of Newton County High School.  He attended West Georgia College, and he graduated from Emory University at Candler School of Theology Course of Study in 2012.  He was called into the ministry in 1993 and was led to begin a street ministry that same year, “The New Beginning Faith Ministry.”

Ken served as the youth minister at Richard’s Chapel United Methodist Church prior to his present appointment in 1998 at Union Grove and Gaithers Chapel.

Ken is married to the former Michelle Crystal of Chicago, IL. and they have four children, six grandchildren and one great grandchild.

His hobbies are singing, chess, table tennis, billiards, cards, horseshoes and fishing.
